How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard order processing time is usually about 10 business days from order submission to product shipment. Due to the custom nature of products featured on this site many items are produced “on-demand” and some additional time may be need to fulfill your order. We will notify you if any significant delays will occur.
What is the return policy?
Since most of the products featured on this site are custom decorated and/or personalized, all sales are considered final. However, please contact us if an issue occurs and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that all apparel items have a link to “Product Sizing & Specs” to assist with size selection.
How will my order be invoiced?
EXG Brands will submit your final invoice to corporate for processing, review and approval. Please contact us with any questions you may have when reviewing our invoices. If you are placing a personal order, you can pay securely online with your credit or debit card.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so that you can follow your package during transit.
Are the products available in different sizes and colors?
Most items are available in a range of sizes and styles, with select items offered in multiple color options to match our company brand standards. Please be sure to check the specific product page and description for details.
Do you offer bulk or group orders?
